Recently, Wuxi Hongtu Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully passed the D-level pressure vessel manufacturing license review. This achievement is not only a reconfirmation of the enterprise's pressure vessel manufacturing qualifications by the national regulatory authorities, but also a high recognition of our technical capabilities and quality control level in the field of equipment manufacturing, injecting strong confidence into the stable development of the enterprise in the chemical and pharmaceutical equipment industry.
As a key qualification in the field of pressure vessel manufacturing, the re examination standards for D-level pressure vessel manufacturing license are strict, covering multiple dimensions such as technical strength, production conditions, and quality system. In order to successfully pass this review, Hongtu Pharmaceutical has deployed in advance to meticulously streamline and optimize the entire production process. At the technical level, enterprises rely on years of industry experience and R&D accumulation to iteratively upgrade their core manufacturing processes, ensuring that equipment production meets the latest regulatory requirements; On the production end, comprehensive maintenance and calibration of equipment such as rolling machines, cranes, and inspection and testing devices in the 6000+square meter production base are carried out to ensure the stability and accuracy of hardware facilities.
Quality control is of paramount importance in re examination. Hongtu Pharmaceutical strictly adheres to the TSG07-2019 standard, strengthens the operation of the quality assurance system, and implements standardized processes at every stage from raw material inspection to finished product testing. Dedicated non-destructive testing personnel are involved throughout the process to ensure zero defects in product quality. At the same time, the company's previous certifications such as GB/T19001 quality management system have provided solid system support for the re examination, fully demonstrating its hard power in standardized operation.
The approval of this review has laid the foundation for Hongtu Pharmaceutical to expand its market space and undertake higher standard orders.
