Last week, we were honored to host an important client from Russia at Wuxi Hongtu Pharmaceutical & Chemical Equipment factory. The client’s visit centered on in-depth discussions for their stainless steel reactor project, alongside a full-site audit of our comprehensive manufacturing capacity.
The visit kicked off with a detailed roundtable meeting in our conference room. Our technical and sales team carefully clarified every detail of the client’s process requirements, while presenting extensive documentation of our completed industrial project cases spanning chemical, pharmaceutical and fine processing sectors. The Russian client expressed great recognition and keen interest in our custom engineering solutions, as well as the consistent, reliable performance of our reactor systems proven across decades of industrial operation.
Following the conference session, we escorted the client on a full tour of our production workshops. The tour covered our stainless steel reactor assembly zone, full stainless processing production lines, and dedicated quality control testing stations. On-site, the client witnessed our complete end-to-end manufacturing workflow, rigorous raw material inspection protocols, and strict pressure & performance testing procedures for finished process equipment.
After the plant tour, both parties returned to the meeting room for further technical negotiation. We jointly drafted a preliminary customized project solution tailored to the client’s production standards, laying a solid foundation for promising long-term cooperation ahead.
