Manufacturing capabilities and experience

1、Technical Support

Based on clients technical data, such as equipment usage scenarios, material, equipment operating data, and site conditions or simple sketch of the equipment, which buyers provide,Hongtu can help to select the exact model and can design the drawings, as well as technical specifications,including but not limited to layout plan, 3D diagram, electric circuit drawing, selection of material and power, and construction requirements.

2、Contract Signing

Technical specifications are confirmed well, and the two parties should negotiate on price, payment terms, way of transportation, date of delivery, etc.

3、Contract Execution

a、Depth design of machines and detailing drawings: preparing production drawings, BOM, electric drawings, etc.
b、Making production schedule: standardizing production according to timeline specifications.
c、Proceeding inspection: incoming inspection, in-process inspection,record all pressure tests on a chart recorder and final inspection as per ISO standard.
d、Completion: Issuing ITP and product certificate.
e、Delivery: Informing the buyer to prepare to receive the goods in advance and assist in packing the goods, etc.

4、After Sale

a、After receiving the goods, Hongtu is responsible for guiding installation and debugging.
b、Provide operation manual, maintenance plan and long-term after-sales service.
c、Long-term supply of spare parts.
