The agitator is the core component offermentation equipment. Its primary function is to fuly mix fresh medium components, ai, and mycelium throughagtation, thereby achieving eficient mass and heat transer. Curenty, agltators are mainly classified into thre basic types: fat (straight blade, curved bladeand arrow blade. Ourequipmentuniformlyadopts a curved blade design. The selected curved blade turbine agtatorcan exerta shearing effect on the fermentation broth while driving ito form a combined radial and axial flow. Compared with straight-blade turbine agitators, under the same parameters such as agitatodiamete, rotational speed, and blade width, the curved-blade type not only consumes less power butalso delivers superior mixing performance,and has beenwidely used in China's fermentation industry.
For motor configuration, we offer two options: Y-type horizontalmotors and YL-trpe verticalmotors Normally, vertical motors are matched with tanks witha nominal volume of 15m' or less, and horizontal motors can also be selected according to requirementsto adaptto different working conditions
The design of nozles on the tank top iscrucial for the operation offermentation tanks. Based on years ofindustry practice, we have optimized the layout ofthe nozzles to balance operatonal convenience and rationality, faclitating daly operationsfo workers The sizes of the nozzles are determined through precisecalculations if users have special requirements, adjustments can be negotiated.
