The agitator is the core component of fermentation equipment. Its primary function is to fully mix fresh medium components, air, and mycelium through agitation, thereby achieving efficient mass and heat transfer. Currently, agitators are mainly classified into three basic types: flat (straight blade), curved blade, and arrow blade. Our equipment uniformly adopts a curved blade design. The selected curved blade turbine agitator can exert a shearing effect on the fermentation broth while driving it to form a combined radial and axial flow. Compared with straight-blade turbine agitators, under the same parameters such as agitator diameter, rotational speed, and blade width, the curved-blade type not only consumes less power but also delivers superior mixing performance, and has been widely used in China's fermentation industry.
For motor configuration, we offer two options: Y-type horizontal motors and YL-type vertical motors. Normally, vertical motors are matched with tanks with a nominal volume of $15\text{ m}^3$ or less, and horizontal motors can also be selected according to requirements to adapt to different working conditions.
The design of nozzles on the tank top is crucial for the operation of fermentation tanks. Based on years of industry practice, we have optimized the layout of the nozzles to balance operational convenience and rationality, facilitating daily operations for workers. The sizes of the nozzles are determined through precise calculations; if users have special requirements, adjustments can be negotiated.
