Fermentation equipment is a core reaction device for microbial growth, metabolism, and productformation, widely used in pharmaceutical, monosodium glutamate, enzyme preparation, food and otherindustries.
It is divided into anaerobic fermentation tanks (e.g., for alcohol fermentation) and aerobic fermentationtanks (including standard type, Wu-type, etc., with the standard type being the most commonly used). Allfermentation tanks designed by our company are of the standard type.
The design adheres to the principles of tight structure, sufficient strength and long service life. With fewinternal accessories and smooth surfaces, it ensures effective gas-liquid contact and gas-solid mixing. Sufficientheat exchange area controls the temperature, and good sealing performance enables sterilization.
Tanks with a nominal volume of 6m3 or less adopt jacketed temperature control, while those above 6m3use vertical coil pipes (with optimized connection to reduce tank openings and dead ends). Inside the tank, 4-6baffles (with a width of 1/12-1/10 of the tank diameter) are equipped to efficiently improve stirring efficiency.
