The dried material is added from the center of the shell. Under the stirring of the constantly rotating rake teeth, the material moves back and forth in the axial direction. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly updated and indirectly heated by steam. The uniform stirring of the rake teeth and the crushing action of the breaking rod vaporize the moisture inside the material.
Under the action of the vacuum system, the internal and surface moisture of the dried material is more effectively discharged. The vaporized moisture is then discharged from the outlet of the vacuum pump through the dry dust collector, thermal dust collector, and condenser.
