After years of engineering practice verification, spiral plate heat exchangers are benchmark equipmentfor efficient heat exchange, widely used in various industries such as chemical, petroleum, solvent, pharma-ceutical, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking, etc. They can accurately adapt toliquid-liquid, steam water and other heat exchange scenarios.
The non detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is designed and manufactured strictly in accordancewith the energy industry standard NB/T47048-2015, and has significant advantages such as simple structure,reasonable manufacturing cost, compact volume, and high heat transfer efficiency. This type of equipmenthas the characteristics of being unable to be mechanically cleaned and difficult to maintain. Itis recommend-ed that users scientifically select based on actual engineering needs to ensure that the equipment's efficiencyis fully utilized.
The principle of detachable structure is basically the same as that of non detachable heat exchangers,but the channels can be disassembled for cleaning and sealed with heads at both ends. Due to the need toadd components such as heads and flanges to detachable heat exchangers, the equipment cost is slightlyhigher than that of non detachable heat exchangers.
