Device Features
This device adopts high-efficiency metal stainless steel packing. Thedistillation column is made of stainless steel, which prevents iron filings fromclogging the column packing and extends the service life of the device.Allparts of the device in contact with ethanol, such as condensers, surge tanks,and cooling coils, are made of stainless steel to ensure the finished ethanol isfree from contamination. The distillation kettle is equipped with detachableU-shaped heating tubes; during maintenance, the U-shaped heating tubescan be pulled out of the kettle, facilitating the cleaning of the outerwalls of theheating tubes and the inner wall of the distillation kettle.This device can beoperated in batch, semi-continuous, or continuous production modes.
Main Purpose
This device is suitable for the recovery of dilute ethanol in industriessuch as pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, and chemical engineering. It isalso applicable to the distillation of other solvents like methanolAccordingto user requirements, this device can distill dilute ethanol (around 30% ABV)
to 90%~95% ABV. If a higher alcohol concentration of the finished product isneeded, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the output will decreaseaccordingly.
