Stainless steel electric heating reactor is a chemical reaction equipment heated by electric energy, mainlyused in industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, food, medicine, etc. It can complete processessuch as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, polymerization, etc. The main body is made of 304 stainless steelmaterial, which has high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance characteristics. It does not require boilerauxiliary heating and supports normal pressure working environment.
The device consists of a kette body, a stirer, a jacket, and other components. The heating methods incude electric heating and oilwater heating. The mixingdevice is compatible wth various forms such as anchor and propeller, and the transmission system can be equipped with ordinary or explosion-proof motors.Adopting zero distancelectric heating technology, the temperaturecontrol acuracyreaches 0.5°C, and thetemperature range covers 0-280 °C, saving 20% -30%oenergy compared to traditional methods. Equipped with mechanical sealing devices to ensure safety.
